So how about that?

I don't know what anything going on just what just been doing I've been we've

been quite efficient this week with our pod recording schedule, which means that occasionally we can give ourselves like a couple of pod-free days, which we managed to do to work on other things or do nothing.

And this weekend I've been experimenting with a bit of doing nothing.

Yeah, I've got quite a lot on my to-do list. You just suck off.

Now I've done some of it. It's a new system where traditionally what I've done is I've like to accumulate large to-do lists

and then try and like launch a Blitzkrieg type assault on them.

Yeah.

And it gives me a sort of, I suppose it's the addict in me, it gives

me a sort of a buzz to build things up out of busyness where you know you're putting things

off and you're like, I haven't got time for that and then you build out build out and then you get a couple of spare days and you go bananas and try to like obliterate a number of different tasks, admin things, you know, whatever, all at once and then you end the day sort of

of feeling a strange sense of exhaustion but elation.
