So, okay, let's get into the to the real estate aspect of it. So you started off as Ryan's social media guy, right? You're helping them try to go viral and then how did you get into real estate?

So I believe I mentioned earlier that you know I set him a video on Friday and then Saturday

we were on the phone right? So that phone

call was like an hour long kind of like our phone call. Yeah. And you know he

was asking me like hey what are like what are your goals and whatnot and I said

hey look I'm going to be a

100% honest with you my goal is not to be a social media manager forever like I

yeah couldn't care less but I am willing to do this if it means you know this is how I'll learn about real estate

because eventually I just want to do my own thing when it comes to real estate.

So after a couple months of like working for him as a social media manager.

I said, hey, you know, I've kind of figured all this out now.

I think I'm ready to kind of jump into real estate and I just dropped my phone.

But I told him, like, hey, I'm ready to kind of jump into real estate and, you know, do whatever I can to start

getting some deals.

And they set me up on a dialer.

So I started making cold calls, you know, and that's how I got into real estate.

I was cold calling.

And I was doing social media at the time.

And I was running my own basketball YouTube channel.

Yeah.

And I was a full-time college student as well.
