No, I appreciate you having me dude and you know what a great. I mean I don't even know what the word I'm looking for is but that's a high praise for a guy who hasn't set a word on this

podcast yet.

So I really appreciate it, dude.

And by no means do, I think I'm at the top, like you just claim, but I appreciate

where the compliment comes from for sure.

Yeah, so I think a lot of people are going to be able to just relate and learn from your

story. We both have a lot of similarities. We're both Puerto Rican, both came up under Ryan, both a part of Future Flipper.

So I guess for people who don't know you, I guess can you give everyone a little bit of your

backstory?

and like where's he looking anyway so again my name is Ray Rodriguez I'm currently

22 years old I'm primarily a wholes. I also do some fix and flips and I am just now starting to buy rental properties.

I started it. This is my second year in business and it took me nine months to finally close on my first deal.

Nine months of hard work to make three grand.

Could have made more money flipping patties at McDonald's.

And you know, it was just a really tough grind and just you know a lot of

times where I kind of considered quitting and I'm like man like is this for me
