Hello everybody. We are midway through off-brand October. I have a I would say a

brawns, slicked back Haley Bieber adjacent bun I'm in a sensible

skims sweatshirt I did hit you with a little bit of lip gloss today and a

skincare routine is just around the bend. I feel like I have

really been delivering with off-brand October and I really like kind of take it in it on just mentally physically emotionally

I spent 45 minutes in the sauna this morning with a dry brush so from this point

forward I like to be referred to as Jackie Huff or Jackie

Wood Health because I have been infrared saunaing every single day and you know tone deaf and

unrelated I have lost four pounds in water weight in like three and a half days.

It's unbelievable I don't sweat historically speaking. I do

everything in my power to not sweat because I'm trying to preserve the hairline.

Ashkenazi girls, you get what I'm talking about.

But I was just so deeply bloated in my heart and in my soul

that I needed to take matters into my own hands. So I cranked that

fucker to 145 and I sat there for 48 minutes. I pivoted the TV. I'm on a season 17 Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

rewatch and something about watching Sutton intake her ocean spray grapefruit juice cocktail really makes you stay in that

sauna a couple extra minutes if you know what I mean you know what I'm like

we're just gonna we're gonna crank it and we're gonna add a five more

minutes on the clock sweet cheeks but off-brand October is just it's really

taking control of me so last week last time that we spoke, I was keeping a little secret from your secret project.

So last week, Monday at 6 a.m. I flew to Boston. I was there for all of 36 hours. It's a long flight.
