Eticates like a list of rules that are going to help you out, right?

So I'm going to talk, I have a list here of like, you know, some pretty normal Jim etiquette rules, and we we'll time into how a lot of these rules also cross over

into being the best cone candidate student that you can be.

I'm going to skip around a little bit they're're not really in the best order because, you know, the internet.

But the first thing is Jim etiquette starts before you get to the gym. And you know what I'm talking about? I'm talking about not being the stinky kid, being clean.

Nobody likes it when you're working out in the gym and if I can smell you, it's bad. I mean, I can barely smell as it is.

But man, we've all done it. We've all worn our gym shorts maybe one or too many times or

gym shirts. And even after washing them them there are certain shirts that you just got to toss

you just got to get rid of I know that we love them and you know my wife really loves

that I get real attached to t-shirts and all this other stuff.

But man, if it becomes a gym shirt and I wear it too many times,

then it just doesn't get washed in time,

it's got to go.

And as important as this is in the gym to not be you know spreading your

stench and disease and making it an unpleasant situation for everybody involved

as a cone this is huge. You're not just going to the gym, like you're living in a gym. You're living with a bunch of disgusting people. And if you are living with a bunch of disgusting people,

we have outbreaks on a fairly regular basis of staff and MRSA.

And a lot of that comes from people being disgusting, not taking care of things, and also just, you know, you got to do your laundry.

You don't want one of these disease outbreaks to hit your class while you're going through the pipeline.
