Well it's so great because you know we're in the middle of the holiday season.

Because this is the end of the year and so this is new horizons are right around the corner and I don't know what I'm doing with that and the diet needs to be ensued upon and yeah

But it, but it is one of those I love this time of year because it is a good break. You know I kind of shut everything down I only see clients on an emergency basis and the whole holiday season is just fun to me because one of the things that's been really cool that Pam and I've been doing this tradition and I didn't share this on our show last week because they just slipped my mind.

But we've created a tradition that we do all of our Christmas shopping together in one day where we block off the entire day and we just spend it together.

So it's one of those fun...

Including the kids? No, no, no, we take the... It's on of those fun. No, no, no.

We take it's on a school day, it's a work day, so we schedule it.

So we take the kids to school and then we hit the ground running and we get a chance to have breakfast together and lunch together while we're out. We get everything done. We come home, we wrap the gift. Sometimes we have a chance to

unwrap a gift and then... I wonder what gift you might be talking about
