Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Again, deep breath in through your nose, and slowly and gently, breathe out through your mouth.

Again, one last time. Deep breath in, and slowly and gently,

breathe out.

Now imagine that your feet feel all floppy and loose but very, very relaxed almost as if to fall in the

sleep by the nut. Now imagine if all of your body is feeling the same way, all floppy and all loose.

And this makes you feel so relaxed, so relaxed, it also makes you feel so very happy. Now imagine that you have roots growing

out from the soles of your feet.

Roots that look just like the roots of a tree, very long and very nubbly.

And you can hear those roots growing through into the ground.

You can hear them as they push their way through the soil.

Can you feel it? Can you feel the roots pushing their way through the soil?

Can you feel the soil under your feet?

This is called grounding, and this keeps your energy planted straight into the ground

so that you too can grow big and strong just like a tree.

Now imagine a beautiful white light surrounding your whole body.

A light so bright that you shine much brighter than the brighter star, but it doesn't hurt you to look at it.

And this beautiful, pure white light is always protecting you.

Now imagine yourself on a beautiful winding path, deep in the heart of a wonderful tropical forest.

The ground beneath your feet is solid, but soft also and a little bit scrunchy.

Can you feel it under your feet?
