Now imagine yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light.

A light so bright and so pure.

A light of protection and peace.

Breathe in this white light

and feel it as it enters your body

making you feel all warm and safe

Now imagine you are walking on a quiet forest path on a beautiful sunny day.

Above you, the sun shines down warmly and you can feel the soft, moss-covered ground beneath your feet.

As you are walking, you know, you don't know how you know, but you know that this is an ancient forest.

And this forest is very, very special.

It's your forest, your private hideaway.

And you are very safe here, very loved and very protected.

As you take a big, deep breath, you can smell the fresh scent of pine in the air.
