Close your eyes and take a big breath in

and then slowly and gently breathe out.

Again, deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out.

One last time, big breath in and slowly and gently breathe out.

Now imagine yourself lying down in a wonderful, comfortable bed.

Maybe it's like a fluffy white cloud that you can sink into. That would be nice. And your room

is warm and cozy and you feel ever so peaceful.

And with each breath you take, your body sinks deeper and deeper into this soft, fluffy white cloud.

And with each breath you take, your breathing becomes deeper and deeper, slower and slower,

and your body becomes more and more relaxed. And you feel very peaceful and warm and so safe.

Now imagine with each breath you take, you breathe in a beautiful golden light,

a golden light that shines and sparkles all around you.

This golden light washes over your whole body

and completely surrounds you

like a caterpillar in its cocoon.

And it's above your head

and it's beneath your feet.

And you feel so relaxed

so peaceful

so very calm

as you gently
