Now just bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm,

feeling your chest rise and fall gently.

And you feel peaceful and calm.

And you feel very relaxed.

With each breath you take,

you can feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.

And you even feel quite floppy.

And you feel so peaceful now.

And you feel happy and light and your breathing is almost still. You are so relaxed, so peaceful, so very, very calm.

Now imagine yourself sitting in a large green field and the sun is shining brightly and it's a very

beautiful clear day.

And you can see for miles and miles.

How far can you see?

Can you see any mountains? Can you see any trees?

You feel very calm, very relaxed and ever so peaceful.

And you can hear the birds singing to each other.
