Make yourself all cozy in your bed and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath into your nose and slowly and gently, and gently,

out through your mouth.

Again,

deep breath in,

and slowly and gently

breathe out through your mouth.

One more time.

Deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth. Now just relax and let your breathing come back to its normal

rhythm. Now see yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light. A light so bright, so pure, a light of protection and peace.

And breathe in this white light.

Feel it as it enters your body completely,

making you feel all warm and safe.

Now imagine that you are in a beautiful lush green forest with the most amazing

trees tall trees short, and they smell beautiful.

It's so fresh and clean and the air is crisp.

As you walk along, you feel a great sense of peace,

almost like you're floating on air and the weather is perfect. You hear the birds singing in the trees and it makes you feel very happy.

It's then that you notice that you are a little path so you decide to follow it.

We don't know where it will lead,

but you decide to go anyway.

After walking for a little while, you find yourself standing in front of a cave, but you didn't see it at first because there are bushes everywhere.
