Hello, it's that time of year again. The spooky time. Are you ready for a Halloween

adventure? Yes? Then buckle up.

But first, close your eyes and settle down in your nice,

comfy bed.

Take a deep breath in and then slowly and gently let the breath out.

Again, deep breath in, and slowly and gently let the breath out.

One more time, deep breath in, and slowly and gently let the breath out and just relax. Now imagine that it's Halloween evening and you were going to go out trick or treating. You walk up a path to a very scary looking house and there are

huge candles burning all around it and lots of other odd things. It's a bit scary. But there are

also large pumpkins everywhere. There are some small ones. But there are some very, very big ones.

And just as you're about to knock on the door, you hear a voice, call out to you.

You look around, but you can't see anyone. You think that's a bit odd. So you raise your hand again to knock on the door. When you hear the voice voice again only this time it's a bit louder you stop

and you say who's there and a voice answers you and says,

It's me, I'm down here.

You look around, still can't see anything.

I'm down here.

So just by the side of the door you see a very large pumpkin and it

looks back at you and smiles was kind of a weird smile but still smiles.

Well that's a bit of a surprise, a talking pumpkin, oh my word.

And to your amazement, the pumpkin, then stands up on his own two feet. He has feet, a pumpkin, he has feet.

He reaches out his hand to you. Oh no, he's got hands as well.

He looks at you and he smiles and he holds out his hand and he says.
