Find a place where you can sit and relax and not be disturbed.

Maybe in your bedroom or on your sofa.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Again, deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

One more time, deep breath in.

And slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Just relax and let your breathing come back to its normal rhythm.

Now, imagine yourself in your kitchen and on the table is a parcel and it's wrapped up in brown paper. So you go over and take a look at it.

And to your surprise you see that it has your name on it in very big letters. And you feel a little

excited so you go over and take a proper look at it.

You pick it up and it feels heavy. You wonder what it is.

You quickly tear off the paper and look inside.

Oh my, you see inside the box is a pair of your very favourite trainers.

In your favourite colour too. As you take them out of the box a note falls out. And again, you see it addressed to you and it says,

Hello, this is a present for you, a very special present.

You think, well, it's just a pair of trainers, but you carry on reading the note.

The note says that the trainers you are holding make the wearer invisible.

It says that you can go anywhere you want and no one can see you.

But you have to watch out though because they can still hear you.

And you think this is incredible.

And you wonder if they really do make you invisible.

So very excitedly you put them on.
