Snuggle down in your very own bed and just get nice and comfy.

Allow your eyes to just gently close and focus on your breathing.

Feel your chest rise and fall gently.

And just let all of your troubles just float away.

So take a deep breath into your nose

And just allow your mind to relax and to become still. Now bring your breathing just back to its normal rhythm and relax,

letting all your thoughts just drift away on the clouds.

Now imagine yourself entering a secret forest.

A forest where the trees reach high into the sky and as you look up you see a lush canopy of leaves with the

sunlight filtering through the branches creating a lovely soft glow and as you step

deeper into the forest you can feel the soft grass beneath your feet.

You can hear the sounds of the busy little creatures going about their business.

And you can hear the sounds of the birds calling to each other as they fly from tree to tree.
