runner. Do you know, Steve, I have wanted you to come on Rumpod for years because James Cracknell

came on here a while ago and he is a good runner. He's like a

sub three marathoner. He said you were better than him. Not a running. Certainly not. I may have

been a faster sprinter. I had a turn of speed but endurance wasn't really my thing. I have done

three or four London marathons, but that was pretty hard work,

but nowhere near a breaking of three or four hours. I was closer to five. Okay, so it's the

sprinting that you could leave in for dust then. Oh yeah. Yeah, no, I was a reasonable sprinter. I can't even do that now, but I was district

of school and district champion when I was, I don't know how old, a long, long, long time ago.

Oh, really? Gosh, you see, you're just one of those people that has got multiple sports that you could have

chosen from then. I think if you're quite an explosive athlete, that gives you a lot of opportunities.

Rowing is a muscular endurance sport, and so you need that power, you need that explosive elements.

But it wasn't until I started working on my endurance, muscular endurance side of it,
