What up, my dear listener?

I'm sitting outside the gym right now.

I haven't even turned on the car.

I'm just sitting here looking at this beautiful tree that is teaching me to be still reminding me that there is so

much to be heard when being still so I'm just looking at it and admiring its beauty and how

the sun is shining on its leaves and it's just chilling

and sometimes that's okay we just got to freaking be okay with staying still and being okay

with not being okay and sometimes that's hard to accept,

especially when we come from a culture that is very get up,

do what you got to do no matter what, show up, put on the happy face.

And that's it i came from a family that didn't believe in depression and didn't believe in anxiety in any of that it was you just

got to get up and keep on going and masking and surviving.

And I'm grateful because it taught me to accomplish a lot.

And I love that.

But right now, I need to be okay with saying, you know what, right now I'm not all right.

We have to normalize that.

And that's what I'm learning.

I have been learning this.

And I'm trying to stick with it and honor that.

It's just tough.

And it's hard to unlearn certain things, but there's a lot of beauty and a lot to be learned when we are just
