Texas right now. I'm in our variable office in the west end of downtown.

Okay, so you guys are in the office now. You've returned to the office since the COVID

sort of semi-reopening. Yeah, yeah. We have the, you know, we had a lot of our team out remote

for a couple months and we came back and kind of had

an in-and-out moment, you know, while there was kind of a spike there for a bit. But now the

cases are actually falling pretty steadily here in Dallas, so we're all back in.

So everyone came back in. Did you have anyone that was sort of resisting coming back in?

A little bit. Yeah, there was a few kind of mixed opinions there. And we took it case by case.

You know, it's a very, it's very personal, personal decision to kind of, you know, figure out,

hey, you know, this is where my comfort level lies. And so we took it case by

case. Some people took a little longer to come back. Some people stayed remote, different, you know,

situations that live with older folks. And so we just kind of, again, took it case by case basis.

And now we're pretty much all back. Oh, that's great. That's great. Yeah, we're kind of doing the same thing, but we have a big majority that have not come back yet.

So I think about 40 employees, I think we have maybe seven that have come back, including the two owners.
