What does simplicity mean to you? As you begin a new year, you may have goals to organize your home, plans to be more productive, and steps to take better care of your health. We often begin with the external around us as we improve our lives. The best way to improve your exterior life is to simplify your interior life. Along with the theme of simplicity, one of the most distracting external elements for us these days is the media and that includes

I post stories daily on my sip and own Instagram and Facebook accounts and I will

be sharing ways to simplify your interior life and you may follow accounts that

uplift you and you feel encouraged by these accounts.

So that is fine if you want to just visit different media sites that truly do uplift you and help you interiorly.
