All right, here we go with today's show Great, so let's welcome back everybody to our show.

Last week we kind of introduced a topic and covered high seas in project management and delegation.

So today we're going to continue to work backwards.

So let's talk about the next one of the list, is the high S which of course stands for

steadiness right just a brief overview we're not redoing the discasts but high

es tend to be those folks who are reserved. They tend to hang back in conversation rather than

asserted themselves. They're like C's in that way. They're people focused, whereas

high C's are more task focused. They have a very strong interest in building and

supporting teams. They tend to be warm and relaxed in their communications.

They easily engage others on how others are doing and feeling and how they can help others as well.

They love helping other people.

If you hate helping other people and frankly laugh at others who do you're probably a ID and if you love doing it there's a good chance you're an S.

The classic I-S is the team mother, right? The grandmother or the grandfather

of the team who brings donuts in the morning, coffee for everybody, encourages
