So with that apology here we go with the show. You know during economic downturns which we're in right bosses get upset because our

directs just they just don't communicate to us enough yeah you know they they

hunker down they they're quiet, they're sullen, how are we supposed to manage under conditions like that?

Yeah, all this fog of war around us externally and then internally we've got more fog of war right?

Exactly.

Yeah.

The big one for me is that they're afraid to disagree.

That is really, and we're going to do an additional cast on their fear of disagreement.

How, you know, it's a bit like the road to Abilene here.

Everyone's afraid to disagree and you end up having a bad experience.

You know, all joking aside, I mean, these are fairly natural human responses to known and

unknown stresses both internal and external right? I mean this is nothing

unusual. Yeah, you look look if people fear the changes they don't know are coming, right?

There are some people who are sitting next to you right now or listen to this podcast,

they fear changes that they know are coming.

Imagine what it's like, that they don't know what changes are coming, but they know what are coming. Imagine what it's like that they don't know what changes are coming but they know changes

coming.

Imagine how much fear they have for that.
