This week we welcome Michelin star chef Simon Rogan to Table Manners. We recorded this back in September when Simon came round to mum's for a socially distanced Prawn Saganaki and a Simon Rogan Apple Tart. We talk about The Lake District, learning his trade in a Greek restaurant, getting starstruck at Tears For Fears, his farm, where he produces the finest local ingredients for his restaurant L’Enclume and his move away from a sports career!
Now we’re back in a UK lockdown, Simon has launched 'Simon Rogan At Home', which offers nationwide food deliveries - go and support if you can. Now more than ever the hospitality industry needs our help.
