Of course. So I am really excited to dive in because, as I shared briefly before we started

recording, I've been on my own hormone health journey. I come from the background of being a

bodybuilder, competitor. I dieted really harshly and strictly for a very long time, and it did

have an effect on my hormones, and keeping those in check was quite the struggle for me. I realized
