have been on for nine weeks now,

whenever it was supposed to only be six weeks, but now I'm nine weeks into a shred. I'm down to

about 12% body fat. I'm absolutely ripped to the bone. And it hasn't even been hard. And this has

been the easiest shred that I have ever done in my entire life. And loads of people are
