Last weekend, I turned to my husband and said, "I feel depressed." He turned to me, incredulous, and said, "You've just had a $500,000 launch, and you're in the best physical condition of your life." I couldn't help feeling that he had a point. But nonetheless I felt depressed. So how can a woman who seemingly has it all get to a point where she feels depressed? And most importantly, how, when I feel like this, do I get myself out of it? My hope for this episode is that I can help you, should you ever look up and see a tall, dark wall looming in front of you. Let's go.

1:03.1	about feeling depressed actually. And you're like, oh God, really? Kim, I'm going to let it rest
1:08.1	this podcast. It's not about feeling depressed per se, but I have,
1:13.0	I recognized yesterday. It's funny, I was sitting on the couch in the kitchen and I said to Ryan,
1:18.3	do you know something? I actually just feel a little bit depressed. And he looked at me. He was on his
1:24.7	phone with his IV and he actually set his phone face down and
1:27.7	turned and looked at me square on and went, you feel depressed? Now, I understand, we have just
1:33.7	launched a new business, okay? The million dollar mentor just launched last week. We had a nightmare
1:39.2	with a Facebook ad, so we didn't get as many people through the ads as we wanted, but we ended up selling 500 programs, which was half a million dollars in revenue.
1:50.2	And, you know, from idea to launch in four weeks, you would say, half a million dollars in revenue is a pretty good turn.
1:57.1	And I should be ecstatic by now because I have 500 new people to serve and this incredible
2:01.9	new Facebook group and not only do I have the sculpted vegan company which is doing extremely
2:06.5	well I also have a million dollar mentor and I have four children and a beautiful husband
2:11.2	and life should be really really sweet so how the hell do I have the gumption to sit there and say that I feel
