I thought this was a strong and sculpted podcast.

Well, yeah, something to tell you. We've had a name change. Yeah, this is now called the Kim Constable podcast instead of the Strong and Sculpted podcast simply because I realized something very special this week. It was a massive realization for me and I want to share it with you now.

And that realization was that Kim Constable is not the bionic woman. She is actually human.

Isn't that really shocking? I really only learned that this week, but I'll tell you why that's

important for you guys to know is because sometimes I forget that I am human and that I have

the same amount of ours in the day as everybody else.

I always think I have more because I seem to accomplish an enormous amount.

And I really just do not have time to record two podcast episodes every week

because right at the minute I barely have time to record one freaking podcast episode.

So I love recording this podcast, but we were going to start a new podcast

for the million dollar, million dollar mentor program, which you guys have heard me banging on

about for a little while and know that has launched. We may not know that it's launched this week,

but we launched the million dollar mentor program this week with a free master class,

which I'm going to tell you more about it in the minute. And I was planning on starting a whole new business podcast and keeping

this one for fitness and another one for business. And then I was talking to my team about it. And

Mark and I were having conversation. And he said to me, Kim, you're really not going to have time to record two
