1:26.1	drug called Imatinib. It may be better known by its brand name Gleevick. It was one of the first breakthroughs against chronic myelogenous leukemia
1:36.2	and has transformed the treatment of other leukemia's as well, along with gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
1:43.2	Dutch doctors noted that it helps keep blood vessels from leaking when they're inflamed.
1:48.2	A placebo-controlled trial showed that COVID patients getting a matineb were less likely to die within three months.
1:56.5	They also required fewer days of invasive ventilation and less supplemental oxygen. All together, there were 385 patients with severe COVID in both arms of the study.
2:07.0	At 90 days, 9% of those on a matineb, and 16% of those on placebo had died.
