I think that we kind of find ourselves in this two ends of the

extreme when it comes to nutrition advice. There's a lot of people out there that are like

you know fuck diet culture and every diet is bad and they don't really

provide any context. They're just anti, just to be anti. And then there's other people that

will push these like fad protocols down your throat,

be like this is the gold standard, this is how you lose weight quickly,

and as always there's a middle ground.

I don't know why we're so afraid of the middle ground. Like we love

to live in this all or nothing way of thinking where things have to be labeled and

it has to be black and white and it has to be this versus that, like there's always some kind of middle ground.

And I think that that's often where the answer lives and most people avoid it, which is frankly why most people struggle.
