I am still in the midst of my cut and I wanted to share some some updates for you guys

because I know that a lot of you are pursuing a similar goal right now. This seems to be a

popular time to begin the whole fat loss phase, you know, just

nicer weather is right around the corner and it seems like this is just a good time

for cutting and being a little bit more intentional. My goal is for this to be the one and only cut that I do for the year.

and maybe I'm going to do like a photo shoot or something like that

just to have a target and then that will be it
