So I think we have a, we have real situations where people are in a toxic environment, but

there's also times where what we think is a toxic environment is not toxic.

It might be a difficult moment or difficult situation that a leader is dealing with, but

it's not toxic.

They aren't toxic.

And I think the focus on this word today and this feeling around it is to make sure that

we aren't making a situation worse than it actually is.
