So with all that said, Gina, come on in. Tell us about how many kids you have and what really drew you into the Mama Stay Fit, I guess, community and podcast. So we, I have four kids, or we, me and my husband have four children, ranging from

eight months all the way to almost eight years old. So I've been working in or personally

living in the perinatal space for about eight to nine years now. And I've been working
