Oh, well, I've always been. Yay. Thank you so much for having me. Absolutely. Tell everybody a little bit about your background and how you got into fitness.

Yeah. Oh, well, I've always been into fitness. Just like sports growing up, like my parents had three girls.

And I swear my dad just always wanted boys because we played every sport. We rode four-wheelers, you know, all the boy things.

But no, as soon as like

college hit and I wasn't like, I did try a little college sports, but I was like, wow,

I need to keep moving my body. And that's when I, and I, I was roommates with two like health

science majors. So. Oh, wow. Yeah, I was like learning a lot through them and they started going to the gym. And I was like, I'm going to try this gym thing out. And then after college, you know, I really leaned heavy into it. And I found, like, this great community online because I feel like, no lot of people back then were posting sweaty selfies, at least in my friend group. So there was this great community

for it. And like, it was so fun, like, and encouraging. But then I got pregnant. And as everyone was

getting leaner and hitting more PRs, I was getting slower and rounder. And it felt really isolating.

I don't know. My first pregnancy, like, it is a huge identity crisis when your body's changing. You don't feel like yourself. You don't do the same. It's wild, right? So it wasn't until my second pregnancy. Like, I had to kind of like figure out like, what am I doing with my workouts? Like I can't do that exercise. That's not even safe for me or like that feels awful.
