because I think there's a lot to cover here, okay? Sounds good. All right, so it says hi hi Bert show, quick backstory, growing up my mom was in the fad diets and

diet pills, name a diet, she tried it.

I grew up with my mom struggling with her own self-worth, a big factor of where my previous eating disorders came from.

Context I am now grown out of the house married 30 years old.

My mom is a wonderful mother that struggled continuously with their self-worth and body image and did her entire life.

She's been on another type of diet and lifestyle change that has had great results.

She was able to walk on the beach and enjoy her vacation with a little less pain.

I am thrilled she gets to enjoy
