Good morning. It's three minutes after ten, and I have been sitting here for the best part of seven years now,

starting the program on some mornings by suggesting that we have moved into unprecedentedly perilous waters.

And here we are again. I've had enough. I don't know about you. But my goodness me, what I'd give for a return to days of polite disagreement.

Well, not even polite disagreement, but just disagreement about actual sort of policies and

ideas rather than people trying to tell us what reality is. We now have a government that is

trying to introduce the notion of a vote in parliament changing observable reality.

So Rwanda is not a safe country.

But Rishi Sunak thinks if he can just get all of his Lickspitil MPs to vote in a certain way,

then they can make it safe.

If I were Rishi Sunak, I wouldn't stop there.
