Inflation numbers just out as we are recording have inflation ticking up in July to 3.2 percent

and I don't know if it's annualized, but it's 3.2 percent versus where it was last year.

There has been a certainly last year when inflation was going up, it was like 9 percent over the

previous year. We are nowhere near that number, but a 3 percent inflation rate is significantly

higher than the inflation rate was over the course of the previous decade before COVID and the

COVID relief efforts made everything go haywire. So you're going to hear a lot of celebration.
