This one is all about drum roll wearing shoes. This one I actually practice and I've been practicing

for probably about 15 years discarding shoes pretty much exclusively all throughout the day. I basically don't

wear anything. If I'm running around on rocks or if I know that there's sticks around that have poked me

I've definitely had those issues but we need to get back to the actual articulation of our shoes

not allowing our feet to spread to articulate and way way too much cushion and all of that trying to protect us. But then here's the thing,
