If you're going on vacation this summer, you might want to swing by a little town called

Pineville, Louisiana.

They've got a Chinese restaurant there called China Queen with some good and bad to it.

It's in a strip mall area, but gets mostly solid reviews.

It's either super good or super bad. There's no in between.

That's the thing. You don't want a five-star review.

No. But you also don't want a three. Yeah. Well, now for the good and bad. The good, it's still open following the latest incident that they just suffered through.

Oh, what? Somebody get a finger in the soup.

The bad, fresh roadkill of a deer was found inside their freezer.

Oh.

And I know, I know that doesn't necessarily look good for the image.

I mean, there's probably some health code violations involved with that. I don't know. Maybe they're really good at cleaning a deer. Yeah, it's fresh. They're probably paying the busboys to drive down back roads and hit animals on purpose so they could fill out their menu. No, that's too hard. Is there a deer fried rice as a special for today? Call it venison and Jose would pay $50 for the plane. Are you kidding me? That would be so easy. All of a sudden, I love it. I will say, it also does not look good that they skinned the dead animal behind the restaurant and someone took photos of it and put it on Facebook. But where else are you supposed to skin it? Good point. I mean, honestly. In the lobby next to the fish tank? No.

I remember in college, my friends pulled up to my sorority house, and the frat house across the street had a deer hanging in the front yard, because where else were they going to skin it? Oh, wow. Seriously. Don't leave it on the side of the road. Bring it home. The same college experience I had. But the owner cleared it all up by claiming it was never meant to be served to diners.
