Hello Wineappers, my name is Jesse Mekum with another episode of the Wineapp Podcast where

we teach you four rules to help you stop if you paycheck to paycheck, get out of debt,

and save more money.

And dare I say it, spend more money.

I said it.

If, you know, lest we think that we make all this money just to hoard it, that is certainly

not the case, or it shouldn't be the case.

But I come to you today with a plea, that not a plea, a hard-to-heart discussion.

As you begin to become more intentional about your money, money can only really ever do

one thing, and that is to be used.

And then you might say, Jesse, that's a cheap shot, that's cheating.

Just allows us to define used in 17 different ways, and then it's really not what, you know,

the one thing money does, it does those 17 things, and I would say perhaps you're right.

But money can only be given away, which is just another, I mean, just used, or it can

be not given away, not used for some time until it is used.

And we sometimes call that using spending, or we'll call it giving, or we'll call it investing,

or we'll call it saving.

But in saving is just deferring the spending, and investing is spending on something where

you hope you get a return, not on what you've spent.

You hope you get back more than you spent.

And giving is just really a form of spending.

You're buying, I don't know, good feelings.
