Hello Wineappers, my name is Jesse Meekam with another episode of the Wineapp Podcast.

We'll be teaching you four rules to help you stop them and paycheck to paycheck, get

And dare I say it, spend more money.

I hit on that a little bit last week about getting into the mood of spending, getting

used to acclimating to this new you that can spend without worry, without, you know,

outsized concern.

And I want to just put a fine point on something.

What we're trying to avoid is the tragedy of being feeling guilty on all counts when you

spend.

When you are spending without a plan, when you're spending without intention, awareness,

you spend, and you either don't know that you can spend, so you feel guilty, or you

can't spend and you feel guilty.

But either way, whether or not you, like whether or not you actually can't spend is just

not even in the equation, either way, when you spend money, you just don't feel great

about it.

That's all we're trying to eliminate, really.

We're wanting you to love not just how you spend your money, but also love when you

spend your money.

And we want spending to be joyful, to be celebratory, to be liberating, exciting, but not exciting

like I just saw an after pay button and I'm in a low point and emotionally spent and

all my willpower was frittered away today at a stressful day at work and for easy payment
