This week you are being guided as you go on a self-discovery journey.

Every day this week you are encouraged to go on an acceptance quest.

This is where you pause throughout your day and consciously accept yourself exactly as you are.

So if you notice that you're not in the best mood, allow it.

And allow yourself as well to transition at your own pace to a better state.

There's a lot of research that shows that it only takes about five minutes to transition

from a negative mood to a more positive state.

So think of the ways you enjoy doing this the most.

You learn a different technique in each episode that you could do to help you transition.

You might do an affirmation in yesterday's episode.

You discovered the affirmation for this week.

I believe in myself.

So this is something you could repeat to yourself for about five minutes,

becoming aware of your strongest qualities and becoming very still and mentally affirming

and even repeating out loud, I believe in myself.

I'm going to share with you another way you can transition from a negative state to a positive state.

And this has to do with your breath.
