Today, how to manage your psychologist at the University of Michigan, published a book called Chatter, The Voice in Our Head, Why It Matters, and How to Harness It.

And then, like any first time author trying to make his mark, he went on book tour.

And after I'd finished talking about chatter, people would come up to me or in the audience,

common experience I've grappled with throughout my life. I have some tools now. But.

The dreaded butt. In city after city at event after event, Ethan could not escape it. People were desperate to know,

What about when I'm angry? What about if I want to maximize joy? And what about if I want to rain in my

sadness? It was as if with chatter, he'd shown them how their car's transmission works and

given them tools to keep it running smoothly. And their response was, yeah, that's great, but my brakes are squeaking, the AC is busted.
