no matter how fit or strong someone is or isn't, we all struggle with our own self-confidence.

Issues and also our own ability to be objective with our rate of progress and what is realistic.

And in this episode, Shelley opens up and we have a great discussion about what's actually

realistic progress and how well she's actually doing, even if she might not realize it. And I think

this might be very helpful for you, regardless of whether or not you're struggling with strength

anything like tell yourself, this is the first time we've spoken. Tell me where you're from,

what are you doing? Just give me the background on you.

Yeah. So I am currently in Philadelphia, Suburbs of Philly, and I just graduated 28 years.

Thank you. Thank you. So I spent the last few months looking for a job and I actually just came back

what was it? Two days ago with a job offer on the plate. So I will hopefully be going out to Denver

in January. You know that. That's amazing. Thank you. Thank you. What industry?

So I got my degree in CS. So I'm working as a business analyst in a tech team,

but the company itself does equipment financing and like business loans to small businesses.
