0:09.6	So I've got an email from a guy and I would have to say that after reading his email, he's
0:15.1	definitely lacking in self-awareness.
0:18.3	He went out on a date, he thought he had a pretty good first date with a woman
0:21.8	he met on the dating app Hinge. And you can tell he got a little too hansy at the beach. He
0:27.5	lives in his parents' basement, basically. And then for the second date, he planned on just having
0:33.4	her come over and watch a movie together. So obviously if you are familiar with my work and
0:42.1	especially my first book, 3% man, you can tell that if you invite a woman over to your house
0:48.8	to watch a movie to Netflix and chill, women aren't stupid. They know what you're doing. And so this particular guy, you could tell, he was focused on one thing only and not really
0:59.3	reading the signs of where she was at.
1:03.3	And so for his second date, he was actually ended up changing the plans and changing the
1:09.3	location.
1:09.7	And then he goes to where the date is
1:12.3	and then she not only she stood him up but she totally ghosted him he's going what the hell
1:17.4	so with that said i wrote a quote and then we'll go through this particular guy's email
1:24.5	because the idea is you want to be smooth and And you could tell he's not smooth. But
1:30.4	then again, he's young. He's not polished. And you're going to make these kinds of mistakes.
1:35.0	I made these kinds of mistakes before I learned to read the signs. Because the idea is what I talk
1:41.2	about in 3% man is you're responding to how she shows up physically.
1:46.0	You escalate things, but when you encounter resistance, you kind of slow it down and back it off a little bit.
1:52.0	And you can tell his attempts at seduction and escalating things physically, he's just too aggressive.
