0:04.0	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be she got dumped because she said no to a threesome?
0:13.0	Hmm. So I've got an email from a woman, she's 22 and the guy that she was dating was 32. So they got a 10 year age difference.
0:25.4	And so when they first met, there was obviously a lot of sparks, a lot of chemistry. And she moved in
0:30.8	with this guy right away despite the objections of her parents. And so I guess he's a,
0:39.5	plays baseball or something like that. And so they were long distance while he was off playing the sport.
0:43.7	So she was living in his house, taking care of his dog.
0:47.4	He comes back and basically starts hinting about these women that he's met and she should
0:54.0	get together with him because they'd be great friends for her potentially.
0:58.0	And a few more weeks go by and then she realizes what he really wants to do is her to have a threesome with these other women that he's meeting.
1:06.0	And she says, well, we really need to work on our own relationship first before and then maybe down the road
1:11.5	I'll be open to something like that and so a few days later he says he needs space and
1:17.5	obviously she's pretty hurt and upset because she's thinking what the hell you're breaking up
1:22.1	with me because I won't have a threesome so this brings up a really interesting topic obviously they moved in right away before they knew each other.
1:32.6	And also the importance of making sure your goals and values are aligned before you do anything
1:37.7	serious or any kind of serious commitments, moving in, buying houses together, cars together,
1:43.7	going into business together, things of that nature.
1:46.0	People just get in a rush and obviously her, she's being 22, probably doesn't have a ton of experience
1:52.0	in these kinds of matters and she's just going off of what feels right.
1:56.0	And her parents who obviously are older and wiser are like, yeah, you should probably slow your role in that, honey.
2:02.6	Probably not a good idea, but of course, you know,
2:05.6	who listens their parents when they're young?
