It's just such a mind shift, which is one of your pillars, right?

And telling everybody how to get our asses back to being in, you know, a positive mental state.

I think it just brings such levity to something that so many women are struggling with right now.

Yeah. Yeah. I think it's so important. I was in the clinic yesterday, which I only go in like once a

month now. And I had, she's a fellow acupuncturist, too. It's always, I always find the clinician so flattering

when they seek me out for like getting pregnant and they're, you know, she's in her mid-40s.

But she was spinning and I just said, well, what, you know, I reframed some of her thoughts.

It was something like afraid to get pregnant, but then also afraid to have a baby in the winter. And then am I getting too old? Like my FSA was really high, you know, all these things. And I just kind of gently reframed. She just kept saying, thank you for the reframe. Thank you for the reframe. And I was like, well, I always just think that, you know, even when they give us these stats of like, you know, all your eggs are bad, right?

But when we look at the real data, we know, okay, women, yes, egg quality declines as we get older. There's, you know, more chromosomor abnormalities, but we're actually don't run out of eggs.
