So, Ali, so you're,

give us a little bit of the lay of land first. So a mortgage broker or banker, loan officer,

branch manager, how long you've been doing this? Kind of give us a one minute. Who are you?

Yeah, absolutely. So I am with a direct lender, actually work for a joint venture.

So we're half owned by a broker up here in the Midwest and then a real estate broker. And then we have a partner on the other side that helps us with all the loan you know, loan side and the technology and all that

good stuff. Um, so we're direct lenders to, you know, all the big guys. And, um, I've been in the

business. I actually started in 1998. Um, took a little bit of a break in there. And I've gone through,

started as an assistant, worked my way all up. up, decided, you know, I'm going to be

the best biggest manager in the whole wide world and worked at a big bank for a lot of years.

And in, it was about 2019, 18, 2018, 2018, 2018, 2019, just was really burnt on the management

side and went back into production and wanted to

take control of myself, my own business, worry about myself and not worry about recruiting and

what other people are doing to impact my income and came back home into a production position,

switch companies, reset, and it's been awesome.

So I've been doing this back to straight production again since 2019.

Interesting.

So, you know, I think it sounds like you're on a journey of less moving parts, yet more income.
