Hey, the Bird Show.

For those that have been asking, I am okay.

Probably wasn't wise to go as hard as I did yesterday.

Um, my teeth hurt more than anything, but I am okay after I did that Instagram video for the

birt show.

This was so wild yesterday.

So after the show, Kristen and I are doing some work here in the studio and all of a sudden,

Kristen goes, hey do you have a a second like can you can you film

something for me I'm like yeah sure okay and she goes I just need you to just

hold your judgment while I'm all we so and I was like it's a very Kristen thing to say.

And then she's like, let's go in the back room.

I'm like, what are we doing?

She's talking to her only friends.

She's pulling off her shoes.

She's like, get my toes.

They are cute right now.

I have a fresh bread again.

So we go to the back room and she's like, you stand here, I'm gonna get on the couch,

and then she stands up on the couch and I'm like,

okay, Tom Cruise, like like pipe down and she starts

jumping on it a little bit and I'm like what is going on and then she flops down

I'm like what is this woman doing?
