I went to the beach on Saturday.

The lifeguards pulled everybody out because there was a shark sighting. You went to the beach Saturday? It was beautiful Saturday. It was beautiful Saturday. Yeah, it was gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous Saturday. And by the way, after the MEC game last night, because it was on CW 11, you know what came on? I just had the TV on. I was doing some other stuff.

I was doing some other stuff and all of a sudden I lay down and there it is. Jaws. Oh, nice. The original Jaws. It's a 50th anniversary. Yeah? So that's why Jaws is everywhere right now. But yeah, so called everybody out of the water. They sent the helicopters up. I mean, it really is.

It's crazy what they do with this and the funds that they spend.

But let me answer your question.

What are you supposed to do?

Do you have another answer?

Do you have a shark repellent or something?

I mean, understand that it's the risks of anything.

Just like there's, you know, rip currents and they let you know that those are going on and i mean and these are all right so as you can say okay guys there could be some sharks in the area

pull people out of the water only when you see a shark or do you let them know that sharks are in the

area and then you just say go for it

look if you if you don't realize that there is marine life in the ocean then that's darwinism for you

you should get eaten by a shark if you are somebody that is running one of these town beaches i'm not

spending as much money as they are on trying to let people know that a sand tiger shark might nip your ankle.

I mean, yes, you could put out a thing, put out a statement, all the press conference.

But to have like helicopters going back and forth and drones and all this stuff, it's insane.

And it's not like Australia or Cape Cod where these giant Great Whites are killing people. I mean, it's like these little sand tiger sharks. They go, and they swim away. They go, that's not a fish. Would you allow your daughters into the water? If they could swim, sure. I was in there. All right. but right now Sabrina can can swim, but like in a pool. I don't wear in the ocean right now. And some are still taking swim lessons. But yeah, I was, I went in. Okay. I went in on Saturday. You get a little nip? No, I didn't. That's actually, I would have been a cool story. I was hoping that I did. I was like, man, wouldn't that be great by came in Not everybody is as tough as you are. No, no, that's not what I'm saying. Sharks. Now, when it comes to wasps, this is a completely different story. Yeah, but also the chance that just the, I know there's a wasp nest there and I know that they're pissed off. Like, I know that there's sharks there, but it's much rarer for me to get nipped by a shark that would be stung by a wasp outside of my house. All right, I'm just saying that if you are a local official, what are you? And be like, hey, idiots, there's sharks in the ocean, if you didn't know already. That's what I would have said. So don't be surprised if one nips your ankle. By the way, I'm your town councilman, and I'm here to say, listen, you idiots.
