We did open up talking about the open championship and the dominance of Scotty Sheffler and how maybe his personality and not getting caught up in all the trappings of being the best and the things that Jordan Speath talked about and the sponsorships and the commercials and this and that.

You know, maybe he does have a shot at being up there and putting his name next to

Tiger Woods and Jack Nicholas and so on.

But, you know, if there was a couple of guys, it was about, it was 10 years ago, actually,

I remember 10 years ago, 2015 where Jordan Speeth is rattling off all these majors, another

golfer, young American golfer from Texas who looked unbeatable.

Yep. And then, bang, done. You know, he had that massive meltdown wherever that was. I can't even

remember, but he had like a terrible Sunday in a major. And then he never really was the same again.

And still to this day struggling. Same thing with Brooks Kepka, a ton of them in bunches. He did get another one later, but he also is someone who goes to live and clearly is not as dedicated as he once was. And I do think that he's going to come back, by the way, to the PGA tour, Brooks. I think he's his contracts up and I think he's going to come back.

Yeah.

I'm really to believe this.

The PGA tour has got to be welcoming to get them back.

Now, I know that the PGA tour has set up a equity sheet with the players that stayed.

So some of the players are going to get even more money when that equity finally matures after eight years, I it is yeah and then the more you win the more uh the more equity you'll get and the more popular you'll become

and the more money you're going to get but i just there's something about scotty schaeff

where it tells me he doesn't drink he doesn't party he's a home he's homebound and he likes to

practice and you know that's everything these other

guys were not you know they a lot of guys flying around on private jets drinking champagne hanging

out that would be out late at night that'd be me i think yeah i would probably be you know me too

i'd be more dustin johnson than scotty chef but i just you know, he's such a unique personality in a world in which it's always who wants to be seen, what social media thing are you doing, what influencing are you having? He doesn't seem to give a rat's ass. But I'm saying he doesn't give a rat's ass about any of that. I was just going to say, I don't think he has like a social, any social media.

I don't even think I've seen him.

Have you seen him like in a title list or a Nike commercial? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I have. Yeah, he does the tailor-made stuff. So he's just swinging a club? Yeah, yeah, that's it. That's it. Oh, he does. No, he does have an Instagram.
