This bonus episode is the start of what Samantha and I have wanted to do for quite a long time,

which is showcase some of our listeners and the amazing things that they're doing to help share their light.

We end every show up, do good work and share your light, and we've talked about this of wouldn't it be

wonderful if we could share what we're doing with each other so that other

people may say well I've had this idea or maybe that's too big or too small.

And hearing someone else's story and what they've done or what they're in the process of doing

may be that little nudge that you need.

It's also, it brings us together in community and that's the point of this.

We've said that since our first show, we're a community of listeners. This is your show as much as it is ours. So we're really excited to offer these little

bonus episodes and see what happens. So our first guest is Melissa Uri, and she's a yoga and meditation teacher from the

Ysui Holy Fire Reiki master, an energy medicine practitioner and intuitive healer.

She's passionate about helping people understand how powerful their own healing abilities are

and how that healing power is magnified when we join it together collectively.

From this intention, she facilitates the Six at Six collective healing meditation,

a global initiative to pause every evening at 6 p.m. Eastern Standard time to send

healing and lift the vibration of the planet. And as I read this I realize

because it's a global initiative that means that this is happening throughout the day for six minutes all over the world, which is it gives me willies. It so incredible so thank you so much for coming on with us today
