Today we're going to be discussing the power of words. As empaths, we know the potency of unseen energy. You know, we feel our emotions, we feel the emotions of

others. We know when someone is feeling off or when we're around someone with

happy positive energy, but what about the unseen power of our words? How do they impact us?

Words are a creative force. With just 26 letters in our alphabet, we can create a masterpiece or a destructive damaging force of energy.

And so what we're going to be discussing today, mainly thanks to the help of a book called

Power Words

we'll get into in a bit is really this idea

of helping us all to become more conscious

of our words and the force that they carry with them.

I really enjoyed this book and this topic because what it got me thinking about is we tell our kids,

use your words instead of being physically aggressive.

We encourage each other to speak our truth and

express our feelings. We give voice to our intentions and we're so careful about how we word

our manifestations, but do we really understand how much power is behind the spoken and I think also

the written word, but that just that energy around each word is, it's really interesting. It really is. I mean the Bible tells us that God

created the whole world just with words and I don't know if you've seen it's on
